1. The Keyfleet Fuel Network
- By signing this registration, the client agrees to use the Keyfleet Fuel Network (KFN) for purchasing diesel and other service-related products.
- KFN agrees to provide the client’s operations department with an updated list of participating sites and available services. This list is also accessible on the KFN user dashboard.
- While KFN carefully selects participating vendors, it is not responsible for any lack of services or products at any site.
- The client acknowledges that pricing for additional services such as parking and washing may vary by site. No discounts apply to these services.
- The client understands that certain sites may not offer the standard KFN fuel price. A list of these sites and their prices is available to registered clients on the Keyfleet website.
- Payment for diesel must be made using one of the following methods:
- KFN Purse
- Bank Fleet Card
A. KFN Fuel Purse
- The client agrees to top up the KFN fuel purse as required. KFN will notify the client via email, SMS, or an indicator on the KFN transaction dashboard when the purse balance falls below the agreed “top-up” amount.
- If the purse balance falls below the “cut-off” amount, the KFN system will automatically lock the account until the balance is replenished. Transactions will not be authorized until the purse is topped up.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that funds transferred to the KFN purse are immediately available. Funds will only be credited when they reflect in the KFN account without any hold or restriction.
- Deposits can be made via electronic bank transfer to ABSA, First National Bank, Standard Bank, or Nedbank. To ensure immediate top-up, clients should deposit at their own bank.
- Bank deposit details are available to registered clients on the Keyfleet website or by request at admin@keyfleet.co.za.
- Clients must use their KFN account number as the reference when making deposits to ensure prompt processing.
- Deposits are allocated to the purse only during business hours (08:00 – 17:00). Clients must ensure they have sufficient funds for weekends and public holidays.
