Option 1: Purse
As an official escrow account manager, Keyfleet allows you to deposit money into your purse as often as you like.
When your driver pays with his Keyfleet Card, RFID-tag or One Time Pin (OTP), the KFN- discount will be awarded immediately and will reflect on your slip as such.
Option 2: Fleet card
For this option, the Keyfleet Card acts as a loyalty card. Payment for the transaction takes place with your bank card while your Keyfleet card accumulates all your discounts in the background.
Your discounts will be paid into your account in the first week of the following month.
A driver can simply scan his personalised Keyfleet Card or RFID-tag at any KFN-affiliated depot. Your driver’s unique card cannot be cloned and will only work on Keyfleet’s proprietary technology. For additional security, transactions can be pre-authorised by the client, if necessary.
When you join the Keyfleet Fuel Network, you will have access to 160+ KFN-affiliated fuel depots all over Southern and Eastern Africa! Visit 100+ depots across South Africa and only pay 2c/L below grid price for your diesel! You can also visit 60+ cross border depots and save on your Forex costs.
